The Policies and Procedures of Sullivan County Government

The Sullivan County Administrative Manual contains the policies and procedures that guide the operation of county government in compliance with federal, state, and local law and consistent with legislative policy.

The manual serves as a comprehensive reference guide to the rules by which county government operates. It is a resource for staff, our citizens, and those who work with county government.

The policies in this manual apply to all departments and administrative units of Sullivan County.

These policies apply to all employees of Sullivan County, including management and confidential, except as noted.

The policy #’s on the website may be different from the Employee Handbook for posting purposes.
